VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the purchase date for online purchases, in store purchases and bookings.  If the voucher is for an activity the booking will need to be made within this period.  Vouchers are for one use only.

The provider is the business listed on the voucher.  Your contract is with the provider.

All services or products are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.  If you have any queries please contact the provider prior to purchase.

Non use of the voucher after 3 years renders the voucher expired and it will not be honoured.

Vouchers can be used as part payment if the purchase is higher than the voucher value.

Vouchers used for an activity booking will be confirmed by the provider shortly after purchase to ensure availability.

If the voucher is used in store or for an activity the purchaser must show a copy of the voucher to the provider (hard copy or digital ie, phone)

Any refunds are at the discretion of the provider.

These terms and conditions are additional to the providers and in the event of a duplication the providers terms and conditions will prevail.

Additional Terms & Conditions maybe applied by the provider, please check prior to purchase if you have any queries.

 Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.

Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or redeemed by a third party.

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Victoria.
